Group classes and workshops

Please note that once booked, classes / terms of classes or workshop/event cannot be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances. In some extenuating circumstances, it may be possible for you to transfer your whole booking to use at a later date (usually the next running term); please get in touch to discuss your situation.
Please note that no transfers will be granted within 24h of the date the class/event is due to take place. Transferred bookings cannot be transferred a second time.

Once a term has started, no refunds or credits will be made for any classes missed or to be missed within a term, except in the event of an early birth or a loss.
Missed in-person classes can be taken at another location on the same week where available, or caught-up via a full-length class recording; please get in touch to get the access link.
Missed online classes/events can be caught up on replay.

First to Fourth reserves the right to cancel a class / term of classes or workshop/event in the event of exceptional circumstances that mean First to Fourth is unable to offer the classe(s)/ workshop/event as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the classe(s)/ workshop/event. In these circumstances, you will be given a full refund, or the option to transfer to an alternative block of classes/workshop.

Private sessions

Pre-payment of private sessions is required in order to secure the agreed time and date of the session(s). Once booked, private sessions cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances. Should a refund be granted, an administrative fee might apply.

Private sessions can be rescheduled, up to 2 times, provided 24 hours notice is given. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will apply.

If due to illness or any unexpected event a session that you have already paid for has to be cancelled by First to Fourth, and an alternative suitable time/date cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund of your session fee.

These terms and conditions apply for both one-to-one and group private sessions, in-person or online.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any classes or services, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. These are non-refundable, and cannot be used after the expiry date.
