South West London Birth Doula and Pregnancy Yoga support in Richmond and Kew

Hello, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I’m Amelie Cresswell, an experienced birth and postnatal doula, and specialist pregnancy, postnatal and baby yoga teacher in Richmond, Kew, South West London, Surrey borders, and online.

Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and what happens beyond, are powerful (and sometimes overwhelming) times of transformation in your life, each with their unique needs and demands, opportunities and challenges.

Times that will stay with you and change you, however they unfold.

Times when you deserve to be well guided and wonderfully cared for. So you can find ease in body and mind, feel truly informed, equipped and empowered. And ultimately trust your amazing body, baby and self.

Just as it should be.

Amelie is an incredible teacher, and so knowledgeable about pregnancy and the body. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and truly believe she offers the best pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes in Richmond.
